As discussed with you at the YMCA meeting (7th June) that the lease rent is on the value of the plot, please go to the following link of UP Housing Board:
In second last point it is clearly mentioned that the lease rent is on the value of land.
GNIDA Brochure says lease rent is on the value of house (land + construction) which i feel can be contested.
please suggest.
