Registration Fees

There is a token Registration Fees of Rs. 100/- which shall be used towards administrative expenses and other miscellaneous expenses.

Registering as Member

The process for registering as a Member is as follows:

1. Download the Registration Form and fill up all the relevant information
2. Attach a copy of your Allotment - cum - Allocation Letter.  Kindly cross the face of this copy of  Allotment Letter.
3. Attach a Banker's Cheque / Demand Draft for Rs.100/- payable at Delhi favoring " Built-up Houses Scheme Welfare Association ". On the reverse of the cheque, please mention the Allotee Name, Sector and House Number of the allotted house in Greater Noida. (e.g. "Ram Kumar, B-434, Sector Xu-II ).

Legal & Allied Expenses Fund (LAEF)

This Legal & Allied Expenses Fund has been formed to create the necessary corpus for taking care of expenses towards Legal Fees, Court Fees, Statutory Fees, Meeting Expenses etc. It has been decided by the members that a Voluntary Contribution of Rs.1,000/- may be donated by each Member towards this fund.  As this fund is voluntary and contributory in nature, Members shall be free to pay more or less than this figure based on their commitment and convenience.

Contributing towards Legal & Allied Expenses Fund (LAEF)

All contributions towards LAEF can be made through crossed Cheque/Banker's Cheque/Demand Draft payable at Delhi favoring " Built-up Houses Scheme Welfare Association ".  On the reverse of the cheque, please mention the Allotee Name, Sector and House Number of the allotted house in Greater Noida. e.g. "Ram Kumar, B-434, Sector Xu-II".
